Sometimes when viewing certain reports the rate grid may not load correctly.
Here are a couple of things to try:
First try clicking "Expand" (top of rate grid by channel filter options), this often fixes the issues
Secondly, If you can try to maximize, or un-maximize the browser window and adjust the size (maybe try a browser refresh too) that tends to bring the report back to the normal format with dates next to rates.
You may also want to try clearing your browser cache or viewing the report in another browser such as Chrome if possible on your computer.
